Best Thai in Fort Collins Sri Thai serves the best food in Fort Collins. They have great lunch specials at very reasonable prices. The best thing on the menu is their vegetable spring rolls, which are lightly fried and come out hot with a sweet dipping sauce. Their curry dishes are also highly recommended. The only negative is the occasionally slow service. But this food is worth the wait.
