I was referred here by a friend, I called to make an appointment and sat for an hour in an uncomfortable chair by the door before getting fed up and leaving. I could overhear the conversation with the client before me and there was no urgency to finish with the client and serve me and others who were there for an appointment. Would only recommend if you have all day to waste.

SRI is a very rude and unprofessional person. 2024 I went to file my tax with him because my friend referred him. I was so disappointed by his work ethics. I paid to get my tax filed and it never got filed by him. He said he was going to file it but he never did. I tried reaching him through numerous calls and texts and he never responded. I had to pay someone else to get my tax filed, a day to the deadline. He was rude to me while I was at his office and was in a hurry to dismiss me so he could move to the next client.
