I get that some people have had what seem to be bad experiences with SRI, but for more than 6 years, my experiences have been quite good. I'd even go so far as to say SRI (and Carol Roth specifically) have been my best experience in the last 30 years. Everyone has been nice, polite, professional and caring. Carol has worked with me the entire time and has been incredibly supportive, helpful, understanding and empathetic. Excellent staff and services. Shannon is prompt and thorough with scheduling. Dr Susan Hunt is an excellent therapist and Dr Shor is a knowledgable, experienced Psychiatrist who has been a trusted provider.
I didn't have the chance to visit the office in person, but I did reach out to inquire about an appointment. The office staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the process very easy over the phone. Unfortunately, the psychologist I was interested in seeing is not currently accepting new patients, so I'll need to look elsewhere. I really hope there are openings in the future for this doctor!
