Excellent staff and services. Shannon is prompt and thorough with scheduling. Dr Susan Hunt is an excellent therapist and Dr Shor is a knowledgable, experienced Psychiatrist who has been a trusted provider.
I didn't have the chance to visit the office in person, but I did reach out to inquire about an appointment. The office staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the process very easy over the phone. Unfortunately, the psychologist I was interested in seeing is not currently accepting new patients, so I'll need to look elsewhere. I really hope there are openings in the future for this doctor!
Been going there a few years. The first year was pretty good with few hiccups because I had a good therapist. My insurance switched the next year and kicked me off. When I resigned up I was set up with a different therapist who missed our very first in person scheduled appt. This immediately left a bad taste in my mouth but emergencies happen. I have been a client for about 10 years. SRI has been with me from a divorce to my son's cancer. I work in healthcare in a very stressful position and SRI has helped me with support and guidance when family or friends don't understand my stressors or I do not want to burden them with some things happening.
