My credit union merged with this credit union last year. Worst decision they ever made. I never had an issue before with getting someone on the phone if there was as issue with my account. I rarely had to call before the merger. But now it seems like I have to call every other month with an issue, and that's if I can even get someone on the phone. I've given it a year but I most likely will be switching banks this coming year.

Do not go to this credit union! They will block your charges. They have a policy where they only permit you to do five transactions per day. That means you could be at a restaurant and suddenly have your card declined. This is a child's toy of a credit union and if you have funds that you earned yourself and you want to access them do not put them in this bank!
