She's kind and caring to your face but can't be bothered outside of appointment hours when you need her. And if you ever do get through to her on the backline, shes not very nice about it and you can tell you're bothering her. Dr. Kolli is amazing. However, her staff(specifically Wendy and Amanda) and ruining Dr.Kolli’s reputation and at this point probably her patient volume. Sadly, I feel forced to find another PCP because of the iaziness and carelessness of Wendy and Amanda. I hope Dr.Kolli is able to find a way to get the help she deserves as she is a truly wonderful doctor. Unfortunately, getting an appointment with her is not allowed by those two.
Dr Kolli is very in tune with her patients but her staff if ridiculous a hot mess. Trying to reach out to speak with someone is impossible then when you do they are not very nice. I had asked question about my refill that are taking a week long to get sent over to pharmacy and instead she sits the phone down and says nothing more. When you leave a message no one returns calls. I was a patient of Dr Kolli’s for 20+ years. I didn’t want to start over with a new provider but I could not longer deal with the office manager Amanda. Amanda is rude and condescending. Amanda ignores My Chart communication and does not relay information to Dr Kolli. She has destroyed Dr Kolli’s image. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new provider to look elsewhere.
If I could give this place a 0/5 i truly would. Absolutely the worst place to receive healthcare. The office manager, Amanda, is going to run this place into the ground. She truly is so disrespectful and called the cops on me when I had asked for her manager's phone number & refused to give me my medical chart although it is my right as a patient to have. They have been reported to the Department of Human Services based soley on this interaction although I never raised my voice at her. She continued to interrupt me and say "... read more
