If I could give this place a 0/5 i truly would. Absolutely the worst place to receive healthcare. The office manager, Amanda, is going to run this place into the ground. She truly is so disrespectful and called the cops on me when I had asked for her manager's phone number & refused to give me my medical chart although it is my right as a patient to have. Office manager , Amanda and the lady that picks up the phone has no customer service. they really need to get a clear understanding on how the medical fields works. My father was dr. Koli patient for many years, but with office staff like this she will definitely be loosing business.

Dr. Koli and Tyler are great they are always helpful and attentive. The staff however… I needed a form filled and signed to receive incentives from my insurance never once have I been asked to pay the office a fee for filling out information about me mind you! I thought they meant I need to pay them if they are the ones sending it. So I go to pick it up myself so I can upload the form on my own. Which I can do for free. If I could give this office a zero I would. Terrible communication. Terrible follow through. Standing in the lobby with the lady trying to get a manager to come up and help and all the workers are in the back laughing about dogs. Manager won't come out to talk. Been seeing Dr Koli for 30 years. This office staff is TERRIBLE and I'm surprised Dr Kolli is still in business after being treated the way I was treated. I have fired this office and am going to a different provider who does better.

Abandoned from medical care. It's sad when someone has covid and serious heart conditions. Calling this office and if Amanda gets involved, you can forget getting a message to Dr Kolli or PA Tyler Harrelson. I truly believe they are not communicating with either one. It's one condescending nurse Amanda that has allowed the level of medical care to sink to an all new low, especially if you have serious medical issues. Dr Kolli at first was caring and would be aggressive in treatment and the level of care given was outstanding... read more
