I have been coming here for years, watching them transition from self-serve to full-service, and now unfortunately back to self-serve. I kept returning all this time because the food was consistently good, but the recent shift back to self-service shows the restaurant is struggling. I am writing to share my deep disappointment regarding a recent visit. While I used to enjoy dining here, the recent shift to a self-service model has come with a drastic drop in both customer service and hygiene standards. We went here last week after many months. They have reverted back to being self or no service from being a full service restaurant. That was an unpleasant surprise. The guy taking the order was rude and indifferent. The tables were dirty and had been cleaned properly. The food quality had also declined quite a bit from what we have experienced in the past.
