Small, comfortable, private office. The phlebotomist working there owns the business and is very friendly and professional. No wait time! Not sure what was going on 4 months ago that resulted in negative reviews -- maybe the place is newer and hadn't been fully set up yet? But it's lovely now.

Unlike the other review, I was able to find the place after asking some of the anytime fitness employees. Their door is marked as a beauty place but really is about Botox. However, when I did get there, they basically told me that they didn’t remember even confirming my appointment(I had pulled up the confirmation on my phone). That they didn’t have some supplies(such as a working blood pressure machine/scale), and if I wanted to do the testing It’d have to be done in the lobby. This place doesn't even exist, it's just some person doing blood draws out of a nail salon. They don't take online appointments and there's no 201 and no lab.
