Need to provide seating for spectators. Paying to stand on cement floors for several hours watching a track meet is overpriced. Not handicap friendly indoors or out. Lots and walks are often icy, slippery, and not shoveled or salted.
Nice arena for local sports and college sports, food availability during certain events. Lots of parking. Restrooms are generally clean. YMCA located inside. Not much seating for certain events is the biggest issue.
