Although I like Dr. Parasa, but interactions with Cody and Latifa in the office have caused me to seek care elsewhere. When will the medical system stop allowing people with no clinical background, no knowledge of medical systems, and no care for patients to run a clinic? I know it's hard out there for minimum wage workers, but if you aren't going to do the job, why are you there?
She and her staff are very knowledgeable, cheerful and making patient comfortable is there too priority. She made my MIL at ease by speaking Hindi even though broken with her. Explained her why procedure are needed and made sure she asks if she had any questions for Dr. overall highly recommend Dr Parasa and her team.
