The staff Very helpful and friendly and Dr Panuganti took the time to explain what my problem might be but needed further information and CTscan before giving me a diagnosis
This was my second experience with Dr. Panuganti and once again, I had an excellent visit. The nursing staff was very efficient and courteous, and, as a disabled veteran, I felt respected and comfortable in the office. Dr. Panugnati has always been very patient with my needs and questions. He takes time to explain in layman terms and offered different options to me with my issues. He always makes me feel like I am not intruding on his time and to hurry up with what I need. The staff is also very good to work with. I drive from South Charlotte because of the excellent care I receive in this office.
