got the mower back in pieces. No blade ,wheel off, housing off.After telling them no don't order a wheel I will. Called and she is checking.
Woman was very rude and gave me completely wrong part.
Great lil shop.....knowledgeable.
The counter help was nice and told me three days and it was done in three days mower runs great now and didn't cost a arm and leg to fix
I originally gave these guys a 5 Star because I thought they had fixed my mower, but it's not fixed. I explained that it had the same issue as before, but treated me like I was an idiot!!! I'll re-consider posting a better review once they actually repair my mower & if they improve their customer service skills!!!! Update: I replaced the part myself. S & R does NOT give a hoot about negative reviews.
