The counter help was nice and told me three days and it was done in three days mower runs great now and didn't cost a arm and leg to fix
I originally gave these guys a 5 Star because I thought they had fixed my mower, but it's not fixed. I explained that it had the same issue as before, but treated me like I was an idiot!!! I'll re-consider posting a better review once they actually repair my mower & if they improve their customer service skills!!!! Update: I replaced the part myself. S & R does NOT give a hoot about negative reviews.
They do MANY dollars of UNAUTHORIZED repairs with no phone call, text, etc. And then expect a single mom to agree to pay their overinflated bill with no questions asked. And then they send a male employee, unannounced, to your house, demanding payment as a bullying tactic (he was very apologetic btw). Get repair estimate in writing!!!! Had a tune up and replacement of several parts just months prior to my mower not working properly. Returned with the mower to be told it had to have a full service again because the mower had sat for a month. I explained my mower in Maine sits for 6 months and starts. Was told it’s due to humidity and that the mower would need to be serviced again.
