Had a tune up and replacement of several parts just months prior to my mower not working properly. Returned with the mower to be told it had to have a full service again because the mower had sat for a month. I explained my mower in Maine sits for 6 months and starts. Was told it’s due to humidity and that the mower would need to be serviced again.
Neighbors across the street gave me their lawn mower because mine broke. That too had issues unbeknownst to them. They made the necessary arrangements to have the mower picked up and repaired. I am more than grateful to have them as neighbors. Oh yeah, the mower works great. Thank you
the worst place you can try to fix your lawn mower, no respect had my mower there for 8 weeks just to install the deck, nope no can do waw what a waste .
I originally gave these guys a 5 Star because I thought they had fixed my mower, but it's not fixed. I explained what that it had the same issue as before, but treated me like I was the problem!!! I'll re-consider posting a better review once they actually repair my mower & if they improve their customer service skills!!!!
