says one price, approves you for one but at the second, changes the price. He openly stated that he won’t be “discounting” me and my family for issues with a car. the 2018 Camry needed a new set of brakes and a tire, for which he said he can fix then sell for a lot more. Not really understanding how discounting can be used to refer to maintenance a car is needing. Am I crazy to assume I’d get decent tires? Maybe 50% life left? anything… or a decent set of brakes….
