Went in with my son as he was looking for a bigger car. Mathew was so friendly and helped my son find something suitable. Had a good selection of cars, and the prices were amazing. From choosing which car he wanted, he only waited a week to collect. Will definitely be back when it’s time to change my own car. It’s good to find a decent garage with helpful, professional staff that don’t want to just rob you.
Really good service. From the day I went and had a look for my car right through to the time I bought it. Was really amazing and I thank Matthew especially for how easy this has been made from exchanging my old one to even fitting my reg on the car aswell. Massive thank you to all at SR Motors. Will be recommending to anyone who is in the process of looking for a new car and I’m sure I will be back aswell.
I would not recommend this place to buy a car! The owner, Mathew, does not give you the impression he actually cares, just wants to get the sale. I had to take the car back 3 times due to engine warning light coming on. Plus I have a key that doesn’t work, after he promised he would get me a key with a working remote. Avoid!!! Terrible customer service and experience!
Bought a Yaris from here 3 months ago very happy with purchase and overall experience:)
