First I went to wrong destination but when I called they guided me to right place. Very smooth process of buying car and very helpfull guys. Took time explain everything to me like it was my first car. I let them and enjoyed it, enhanced the experience of buying new car. Clean space and modern office. Traveled for a good deal all the way from Anglesey.
Worst car buying experience ever. Car looked like it came from an auction, no spare key or tyre, and had been adapted for a disabled driver without telling us. Road tax was set as “DISABLED”, so we couldn’t tax it on collection day. V5C wasn’t updated as promised, and they lied about it. Car had hidden faults and pulled badly to the left – tracking never done. Customer service is non-existent. Took over 2 weeks to get our deposit back, only after threatening legal action. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!
