Very helpful staff and all good so far
No pressure sales which is always a bonus when making a big decision. Given time to think about the purchase. The was prepared as promised (MOT and service) . More than happy to recommend this company. Thanks Kylan and Sam for your patience and reassurance that I can always give you a call if anything crops up.
Before and during the purchase, customer service was great. But then it just got worse. Issues started the day I got the vehicle and was told to drive it anyway to see if it stopped. Lo and behold, issues kept happening and was on empty promises of the car being looked at in the garage. Didn’t seem to matter how much I contacted them phone or email, nothing ever happened. I am now out of pocket having to get it fixed by another garage. I’ve sent an email of complaint but have no reply, this was over 3 weeks ago!
