I’m very disappointed with my experience with SR Motor Group. From the beginning, I was told that the car would be ready in seven days possibly even sooner. That promise simply wasn’t kept. Once that time passed, I wasn’t updated about any delays, progress, or reasons for the hold-up. I had to chase information myself instead of being contacted proactively. Bought a car recently from the Kennedy drive store and the process was smooth and had good customer service. Special thanks to Scott who kept me updated throughout and was patient with me. The car all in all seems fine but I haven’t owned it long enough to comment on the quality of it. Happy with the process.
I recommend buying a car from this company - had a minor issue with the car I bought from them and brought it back in warranty - was fixed no questions asked. Good experience overall.
