Dr. Regulapati is a kind and caring physician who knows how to make her patients feel comfortable. She takes her time to assess patients and help them understand their conditons (if any) and what her next steps are going to be. Her staff is also very cordial with her patients.
Incredibly rude and unkind front desk people. Very cold both on the phone and in person. The Dr herself is nice, but the front desk people act like you’re bothering them by expecting them to do their job.
Doctor Saritha Regulapati is a wonderful Primary Care Physician. Doctor is incredibly attentive and genuinely listens to any concerns I have which makes me feel heard and understood. Always through with examinations and takes time to explain the treatment options. I highly recommend Dr.Regulapati to anyone looking for a caring, competent primary care physician.
She is the best of the best! It is the rare doctor/health professional that takes the time and effort necessary to truly listen to their patients. Dr. Saritha’s concern and care is authentic. In the 15+ years in her care, I have never had an excessively long wait, nor have I ever felt rushed during an exam, consult or telemedicine visit. One of the best doctors anywhere!
