Was very unhappy. Asked for highlights and showed the colour i wanted. Totally not the colour i wanted, the hairdresser Shazia was going to charge me extra for roots, even though i told her when i get highlights done the base they do covers my greys. She also recommended i get treatment done which i said I’ll pay for there was no separate treatment done, she said she added the products in the shampoo when she washed my hair. In the end she did not even cover my greys, the highlight came out orange instead of light. Total rip... read more
