From the moment I spoke with the office staff to when the team arrived to clean my carpets, I received excellent customer service. I called because my dog had brought in a terrible skunk smell, and they quickly scheduled me for the next available appointment. Chris and Jonathan arrived right on time and cleaned our living room, family room, stairs, and hallway. The bad smell is completely gone now. axel & jonathan came to our house and did a deep carpet cleaning to get it ready for the summer. both of them were very thorough, paid attention to all the details, and acted very professional. they took their time to make sure every carpet and rug was cleaned properly, and even took care of some tough spots and stains. after the first visit, axel had some ideas for removing a few stubborn stains on our upholstered chairs and asked if it was okay to try some special products. the stains came out and the chairs now look great... read more

LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS THE CARPET CLEANING SERVICE YOU NEED! I can't say enough good things about the team that came out to clean my carpets and white couch. We have light-colored everything and two dogs who track in dirt from outside, but now my carpets look brand new and my couch is bright white again!
