This place has excellent service and very friendly. When I first got there they went above and beyond to make sure everything is explained and cost. They did all work correctly and very prompt.

S&R auto in sandy creek has had my car for 6 months, i did get it back briefly (2 hours maybe? in october ish? idk but shortly after i got it, my car overheated again. which was the original problem.) the owner (or anybody else) never calls me back (i have the phone records to prove it, he just keeps insisting he has even though he hasn’t until today), and now that i’ve asked for my car back and to just honor the original payment agreement for the work they did do (i have a signed payment agreement saying i’ll pay $50 a week... read more

Worst shop in NY you bring them you car and they hold onto it for weeks and never call you for an update. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything from them
