Very friendly, they were so accommodating, patient and helpful! We had a great towing experience.
S&R auto in sandy creek has had my car for 6 months, i did get it back briefly (2 hours maybe? in october ish? idk but shortly after i got it, my car overheated again. which was the original problem.) the owner (or anybody else) never calls me back (i have the phone records to prove it, he just keeps insisting he has even though he hasn’t until today), and now that i’ve asked for my car back and to just honor the original payment agreement for the work they did do (i have a signed payment agreement saying i’ll pay $50 a week... read more
Awful.
Worst shop in NY you bring them you car and they hold onto it for weeks and never call you for an update. It’s like pulling teeth to get anything from them
Well they are vary kind people but ive been waiting for my car to be fixed for 1month 1 week . paid 2.6k for a decent amount to get fixed. ill update on how they did fixing it and if there services are true and not a rip off . update ~ ripped off everything they "fixed" ended up breaking with in a few days. not worth it believe me they r just trying get money outta people.
