Squish is a really unique and awesome place to reach your workout goals. Alex and team ask a ton of questions and work hard to figure out what you need for your own journey. Alex is the best out there. He helped me with corrective exercises for my knee so I can go back to pain free lifting and running. Couldn’t recommend more.
