Let's start with the good the place was clean and i thought it was nice. After that was all downhill. Our server wasnt friendly at all. Wasn't attentive at all. We had to basically lead her through how to serve us. Get up to go find her to order drinks. Get up to go find her to order food. She never checked back on us after dropping off the food. My go to place when I have guest visiting. Owner is community charitable and family quality. Warm and welcoming. Staff is amazing as well.
Great rustic ambiance, but the food quality doesn't match the pricing. The Jalapeño Cheddar burger with a "$3 upgrade" for Fried Chicken substitution came with two ultra processed fast-food-style tenders rather than a fresh patty, and the $18 Panko Shrimp basket came with just six small, frozen-style processed shrimp. While high prices are expected near a tourist/mountain corridor, paying full restaurant rates for what feels like grocery mart freezer food was disappointing.
