Kelly Dean is the manager of Squirrel Away Storage in Virginia Beach. I have been renting storage units from various companies in Texas and Virginia Beach since 2011. Never have I been so impressed with a storage complex manager until this this past week when I rented a unit from her. She is light years ahead of all others I have met. Kelly is truly the gold standard for her profession in all respects!
Excellent customer service and super convenient. Kelly and her team were fantastic on a last minute storage request. The facility is modern, clean and very easy to access. Also really appreciate the ability to make a reservation and claim a unit all online after hours. Highly recommended!
They got me into a unit without any issues, I was loading stuff 30 minutes later. Facility is very nice, climate control is proper. I would definitely recommend them!
