Great father and son duo. I’ve used these guys on four windshield replacements and several window chips. Very reasonable priced and great communication. Always goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
Couldn’t be happier with Sal Sr and Jr. I called them yesterday after a rock got kicked up on the expressway and shattered my windshield. They came this morning and were done within 30 minutes. Best part of it all they came to my job, so I didn’t even have to take the day off work! Best customer service I’ve ever had. They gave me a decent quote over the phone, but after the job was done, the final bill was much higher due to hidden fees they never mentioned. Feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Be careful and get everything in writing first!
Well, did not try the service but the CUSTOMER SERVICE awful. Asked a simple question about years of experience. And was disregarded. If this is how this, w.e this is, deals with a simple phone call, not much to imagine in person visit. And NEWSFLASH, we are ALL busy. You’re not special. Work on your customer service skills.
