The receptionist was fantastic when we went to the office on May 4th,Upon our first appointment we were a few minutes late due to the directions being off and it was storming... at the time of arrival on May 4th that was ok. The problem was the phone call we received from the doctor 2 weeks later, on May 17. He was very unprofessional for starters but then he decided to complain and say since we were late our first visit we were being dismissed. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MAN!!! Would not let me in with my daughter, broke her eye tooth, then heard through the partitions him screaming at my daughter. She kept leaving his office in tears, & I know braces hurt. But it wasn't the pain, it was him saying things to her like "I'm not dealing with your crap today." I also hear him & his secretary trashing EVERY caller or client that had just left. Mean mean man, should not be working with children. The doctor has the worst patient communication I have ever experienced. Staff is equally as bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE!!!! Beware. The doctor thinks you are doing him a favor being in his very small cramped office. Save your money and the headache that comes along with it and go elsewhere. I bet he doesn't even notice!
he is very nice and he treats all his patients the same.He is very gentel and kind i recommend him to everyone.
I would highly recommend Dr. Squires to anyone. His office is extremely clean and his staff is very personable and helpful. Most important is his workmanship. It is excellent. I am thrilled with my results and I receive compliments about my teeth all the time.
The Dr.'s chair side manner is terrible.The office personel is very rude with it glazed window with a door bell to gain attention.The overall feel is very dreary and univiting.
My child has been seeing the doctor for two years, and reports that he/she is very uncomfortable each visit. My child reports Dr. Squires is not very friendly and he has caused soreness to his/her mouth on two occasions. The receptionist puts on a fake smile, but is always courteous. I only took my child to Dr. Squires because a co-worker recommended him. However, when asked by others if I would recommend him, I honestly answer NO.
