Caitlyn Gleason is great! She is easy to talk to and is always trying hard to help make the community look good..we don't have a club house at my location and that makes it harder for her.. But she comes up with other ideas and things to do. We did not have a manager for a long time. I am thankful we have one now and as nice and dedicated to our community as she is.
Sarah has truly gonna above and beyond to help me get things figured out, and welcome me to the community. I'm moving from Tennessee and have so much to stress about right now, but she has made the transition into the community seamless!!! There are not enough good things to say about my experience with her so far!!!!! She is top notch and I'm looking forward to meeting her on person. #1 recommend

I have been a resident of Squire Estates West in McMinnville now for 18 years and am very happy with the positive changes that the new manager Sarah Perez has made within the park since becoming manager within the last year of 2021-2022. Sarah Perez is making the park a much nicer and enjoyable place to live and raise a family.
