My son is attending his first prom. Everyone at the Gonzales location was extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. They helped my son pick a great looking tuxedo and the measurements were perfect. We will ALWAYS go to this location for our formal attire needs.
Called ahead to request them to stay open 5 minutes, because we live across town and we just got out of practice. They said "no" so we drove all the way in attempt to make it. When we pulled up to the door she turned the sign to closed and locked the door in our face. I don't understand why you would want to deny business!

All the measurements taken here were wrong. All had to be refitted at another location and had the inconvenience of having to go back and pick up tuxedos on the day of the wedding and still had to wait. Would not recommend.
My future husband and his cousin went in to get fitted for some tuxedos. He said that maybe they could have been in and out if the girl that works in there wouldn't have been flirting so much, very unprofessional. They laughed about it afterwards but really...who does that! Thanks to Lindsey they had good laugh but I was a bit offended. We will be using Al's from now on! Serica from Lake Charles
