One star, one for being pet friendly and for being affordable getting in, until they raise the rent by 25%, they cut off the heating to building so your Left buying your heater so not all utilities are included like they say so be aware, they told us this was a smoking unit and right after signing the paperwork they said no smoking, so ya this place lies and is extremely shady, we are stuck here till we can figure out something else out. They don't clean the sidewalks very much and they seldom put ice melter when needed. They haven't improved in all the years I've lived in the area.
Very clean and well looked after building and grounds.Great building to live!
