Been dealing with these people for over 30yrs. Took my vehicle to them to have them to check out a code that it had ran. Was told that they would need to go in the engine but couldn’t give me a price. Gave them the go ahead. Then told me that they don’t go into engines (which was a lie because they had just done it with my other vehicle). Then told me that he just told the mechanic not to do the work. Learned a valuable lesson going somewhere else and using cheap parts , these guys rock they fixed my truck I highly recommend this shop steve is real good people bout as honest and fair as they come
Called to get an estimate on the car. The man gave me a quote then told me if he replace it and it doesn’t work that’s on me. Then I asked for him to diagnose the car and he stated it’s not that simple and that now he doesn’t even want to mess with the car. What car shop doesn’t provide diagnostics??
