I’ve throughly enjoyed living at the Social Amherst. The staff, Mel, Phoenix, and Matt have been extremely helpful and responsive when needed. They will follow up about any issues that were reported and make sure that the problem has been successfully solved. They’ve communicated very clearly about closures, updates, warnings, events, and activities on and around the complex. Overall, my experience has been great and I expect it’ll continue that way.”

The Social Amherst is a solid apartment complex to live in. I had a decent experience as a college resident here. Their roommate matching system worked spectacularly, and I found 4 amazing people to live with. The management team and the maintenance staff are very responsive and efficient with their work. They're all quite friendly and their professionalism has been a highlight of my living experience.
