An educational and fun experience, staff was super friendly, the older gentleman who runs the place was a sweetheart, our tour guide was amazing. We will definitely be visiting again.
You can spend about 3 hours here...totally worth it
Great experience. Went there for a field trip and it was a lot of fun and the kids learned so much!
Today I took my grandson to tour the caverns. The workers were excellent at their jobs. Thy were friendly and knowledgeable. Our tour guide was Charissa. She was so good. The amount of information that she taught us was amazing. I can tell that she loves her work and her work family.
The yound employees could use a coarse on the basics when it comes to customer service AND NOT HOW TO HANDLE A DISGRUTILED family. Don't stalk them creepily with you arms folded. You only know how to escalate.
