Very unprofessional. When moving out, we let management know we got a storage Pod for our things. Employees entered our apartment without notice or permission to leave a note on our kitchen table stating Pods were not allowed and to call the landlord. When we called he cussed us, hung up, and wouldn’t answer back. We got a U Haul instead as management requested and they posted signs at the front and back of the apartment stating “No Parking”, so we had no idea where to go. Warning** Really long post! Squibb/Oakwood Townhomes are the most unruly individuals I have ever dealt with. My husband and I had a sewage leak in our apartment coming from our upstairs bathroom, leaked into the ventilation system, flooded our kitchen and laundry room with at least two inches of water standing. We had an issue with leaking through the vents prior to this occurance and it was stated that it came from the “shower”. Good landlords until you let them know that you will be moving out. Once you give them a letter of vacancy you don't mean much anymore nor will they go through much effort to resolve issues. Instead you will get passed between employee and owner, each claiming that the other one is in charge of the situation. I was denied my entire refund over a few specks of dirt and a hole in the door that was there when I moved in, but never got fixed.
