Went through touchless wash and didn't even wash snow off my bumpers or clean sides of my truck! Took wife car (Dec 27 2024) into the wand bay. The water was so cold no pressure, very little soap, it wouldn't was the dirt film off car went to leave slide down exit strait to curb on the ice and side exit was Rollercoaster like Never mentioned I wasn't a customer. The pics are proof I was. This car was is a joke over priced dirty bays poor management.
Got stuck in the car wash, both doors closed and nothing happened. Waited eleven mins for an attendant to come.
Need more staff. 2 people at a time. No excuses.
