This was only my third time going to the automatic car wash. I never had a problem until now. After I found my passenger side mirror rocking as I drove home. After inspecting I found that the casing coming apart. I won't be going back.

I usually love the Auto car wash here, but it is no longer open 24 hours a day I guess. I went the other night about 9:30 pm and wasted 16 dollars because the machine took my money but the garage door never went up. I didn't bother to try and contact anybody because I figured who can you contact when there are no employees or an email or anything. Tonight I went back to the DIY bay which worked ok but the triple polish sprayer was frozen to the wall and the wheel brush didn't work. Sigh this place used to be very convenient ... read more

Went there last night took my $16. The door didn’t open please people don’t use this facility. You can never get through to them to get your money back. I already reported them to the Better Business Bureau a few times. They’re the biggest rip off in town and should be shut down. I filed a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission against this company. I want them shut down.

THEFT. Took our money, but then didn't start the wash. A notice on the screen said the bay was busy, and instructed us to wait, but there was nobody in the bay ahead of us. We waited ten minutes and nothing changed. We called the help line and it was useless. Don't go here. I see another client also had this issue six days ago. They should've shut down for repairs, instead they're happy to take your money for a service you aren't getting and they won't answer the phone to reimburse you.
