I brought my BMW X5 here for a quick wash and purchased the $16 package, which was supposed to include all premium features. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While going through the wash, it was clear that no water or soap was coming from the right side. The overall wash used very little soap, and during the 3-coat polish, hardly any product was applied. DO NOT USE THE AUTOMATIC WASH. It doesn’t work and no attendant in sight. They also don’t answer the phone. Will be reporting to the BBB.

DONT GO HERE!! Most of the machines don’t work I don’t wanna ask the guy that works there. He cursed me out and told me to leave. Would not recommend go to maxi shine down the street the machines actually work

The car vacuum area was terrible, some vacuums don't work, trash cans were overflow with trash, and there was trash all over the floor.

I like this car wash bc it's simple to use. It's under new ownership as of recently in the last 6 months to a year, and the one thing that has changed that I don't like is they no longer accept cash. They only accept cards. I like paying cash bc they charge you a dollar extra for using your own card. Other than that the new owners do well bc one time both sides took my money off my card and both sides were broke and I didn't get the wash that day but my card was refunded both charges so I was satisfied.
