They simply did not show up for my 3pm appointment. I booked a detailing appointment for 3pm today. At 3:15pm I called, the person who answered said they’d check to see where the technician was. A half hour later, no one had showed up, I called again, this time straight to voicemail. I called a 3rd time around 4:30pm, this time left a voicemail, and as of 8pm (5hrs after my appointment), no technician has showed up, and I have not gotten a call back.
