I have used them for both commercial and personal. Employees are professional and respectful. Company always stands behind there work. Have only had them one time to come back but that was a lack of communication. Company made everything right. Owner of the company is all about customer service. As far as my personal use I have a town home that has 13 windows and a slider and they do both inside and out along with screens and track cleaning.
