I really liked my experience. It was easy to get in and out. They have 1 vacuum that is free. I didn't see others nearby but it lets you rerun it multiple times. I did have to drive back in as if I was going to form a line again for another car wash, which I wondered if I could do or not but I didn't see anyone working there so I went again and parked it, vacuumed and figured Id get a talking from the🤫 employees if I wasn't supposed to do that 😉. I used to come here with my older car and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, tonight was very different. I took my new white car through the wash, and it came out covered in blue soap or residue. I ended up spending from around midnight until 1:00 a.m. cleaning most of it off myself. I’m very disappointed with tonight’s experience. All I wanted was a quick, decent car wash before heading home. I hope this was just an isolated issue, but I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed.
Location recently got equipment upgrades mostly in the left bay (if you are staring at the exit), and so far so good! I take my car here a lot since I drive a lot in the mountains and it gets covered in loads of dust and usually some bugs. Car comes out shiny without any unexpected suprises. I prefer this location compared to the Carson City one occasionally but thats personal opinion
The touchless is near perfect. It has the strongest and most consistent jets from what I've experienced across multiple facilities in town. If you have a ceramic treatment for your vehicle already, this is the perfect quick clean option as the chemical compounds do not stick at all and allow for rapid drying without leaving spots. I've also used the soft touch tunnel on my truck with excellent results. No scratches or obvious signs of an automated process on black metallic paint.
Quick and relatively inexpensive. I went on Sunday afternoon and didn't have to wait at all
