I do not recommend this business. I paid for a deep clean for a short term rental (airbnb) and gave a detailed list of tasks that were agreed upon when hired. The cleaning was not even up to our typically turnover standard, much less a deep clean. The checklist provided was not completed and Derek did not offer to come back to finish the job nor did he offer a refund, despite getting around a dozen pictures of uncleaned areas.
