I had a very disappointing experience with Squeaky Clean. During their cleaning service, my stone bath mat was broken, and despite reporting it right away, nothing has been resolved. It’s been over two months, and I’ve followed up multiple times with Jane, but she was unprofessional and didn’t help solve the issue. It seems like the whole company operates this way — avoiding responsibility and ignoring clients once a problem occurs. This level of service is unacceptable.
