we have the monthly subscription. on elmira road the vacumme has been out of order for a while. the dryers aren't drying well.when we said something to the employee he told us If we dont like it we can always cancel our subscription. this week (today) we went to the one by the mall. the car came out very spotty! not dried at all. they are pushing people through so tight together you can get a good wash or any drying. it's not free. your not doing us a favor. we are paying for this service. they dont appear to care about qual... read more
