Complete garbage, ruined the paint job on a brand new F-150. Don't let this place come near your car. I paid $75 for the "hand wash & detail". They still ran my car through the automated wash, then dried it off while it was still dirty. Scratched up the entire BRAND NEW truck. The interior somehow came out dirtier than it was when I brought it in. After I complained they offered a $20 dollar discount.
Please BOYCOTT this place!!! The owner is a scumbag. While on vacation, I witnessed him degrade his employees in front of other staff and customers. To the point where a customer next to me was so appalled, she cancelled her and her husband's membership with their facility. He was shouting so loud the poor employees looked scarred and were practically shaking. NO one should be treated in this abusive manner. Very disappointed.

If you have hours to sit there, yes, a good car wash...but the finish-staff is SUPER-SLOW... I’ve been here 45 minutes, car still not done 😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬
expensive even for the cheapest wash & do a half assed job. didn't vacuum out the back, didn't even try to get the sap off of my windshield and there's still dog hair in the cracks of my seats (seats are leather so it isn't difficult to vacuum it up). won't be going back.

Car wash is broke paid $40 only to find out after I paid. When I complained about it I was told we still dry it the same. This place is a joke! Oil Stop it is from now on.
Absolute piss poor service. I paid almost $40 bucks including a mud fee to have mud still in my interior, streaks on the vehicle, fragrance missing, trash still left behind, half assed wipes down, the seats still have crumbs on them and we’re not wiped down. I had to ask an employee to wash the pedals and still be caked in mud. I waited 40 minutes for a half assed attempt at a car wash.
