We've been loyal customers of this car wash for years, but today my wife had the worst experience ever. The staff, especially the person guiding cars through, were completely unprofessional. Not only were they undertrained, but they also treated customers with disrespect and used inappropriate language. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and we definitely won't be returning.

I had an appointment for an estimate on pressure washing , when they were 30 mins late I called left a message. They never responded to me.
