Couldn't get down the cliff trail
The small hike killed me but it was worth it lol
Nice spot, very cold water for August. Steep trail to reach the water.
I am from the town of Fort Bragg, and we would pass by this special place whenever we played Cloverdale in sporting events. Perhaps the woman's Native name was Frog Woman, but we were told the legend of an Indian Squaw, who mourning her deceased Indian Brave, leaped from the top of the edifice to her own death. The red moss/lichen on the rock is her blood stained monument to the love lost.
