Bottom line- the location of these apartments is incredible but nearly everything else is sub-standard. It has been a year since we moved out so it is possible things have improved. However, friends who still live there say otherwise. First, the positive- the leasing agents/property managers are all very friendly and try to be helpful when you are actually able to get in touch with them. My experience with this apartment management has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. Prior to signing the lease, I made multiple inquiries—about whether the unit included a washer and dryer. I was explicitly assured that these amenities were present in the unit. That information played a decisive role in my choice to move forward with the lease. Beware with WiFi. You’ve to take a default wife and cannot choose of your own! And that WiFi never works! Btw they provide spectrum WiFi. We had an outage for about 5days and they don’t try to resolve the issue at all, spectrum has nothing to do with this cause we’re paying Square9 (they don’t give you any credit as well) Only option is you’ve to pay for an other WiFi of your own! (Waste of money)
UPDATE 6/30/2025 Of course we moved out. Of course we have not received our deposit back. Of course they say it's bc they didn't have a forwarding address- no answer when I sent them the paper SIGNED BY THEIR OFFICE showing approval of our 60 day non-renewal notice. They've offered about $120, and did not provide any receipt, notice, or information as to why there is no full $500 refund. Must have blamed the bugs on us- even though it was infested upon move-in. Such a great to live and sad to go. The office staff is super helpful, maintenance has always been fast. Overall the location is awesome, it’s an easy walk to pretty much anything downtown. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Denton.
