Such a great to live and sad to go. The office staff is super helpful, maintenance has always been fast. Overall the location is awesome, it’s an easy walk to pretty much anything downtown. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Denton.
My package was delivered to the wrong apartment due to an Amazon error, and Leandra went out of her way to help me locate and move it to mine. I couldn’t have done it without her—especially since it was two large shelves I ordered. I’m extremely grateful for her help. She absolutely deserves a raise!
Square9 owes our daughter for her security deposit and overpaid rent from Aug 2024 (10 months ago now). She moved out on Aug 13th. They did not prorate her rent and told her she had to pay the full amount and would reimbursed. She fulfilled all requirements, gave 60 days notice, left a forwarding address and left the apartment so clean it was move in ready. We have photos. It took 6 emails and 3 months to get a response from Square9 with a move out statement that had incorrect information and charges we questioned/protested.... read more
