Everything is an illusion of an upgrade. The kitchen faucet looks like they put a new sprayer but you push the button no water pressure, it does nothing . Same thing with the toilet, they put a new push button but it doesn't work when you flush . Same with the shower. First time using the washer and dryer and of course the washer doesn't work. DONT MOVE HERE You will regret it . It smells so bad in these apartments. I moved in a week away and it smells horrible. I put in for cleaners and they came and did nothing and left. I have had to professionally clean it myself but the smell still lingers. Not the best experience so far, having regrets moving into these apartments. When you move into a new place you want a new apartment to be clean and refreshing not here. Maintenance did nothing closed the order. Management was supposed to send city about the gas smell. This is a place to call home, when I moved in, there were unexpected stuff going on so I wasn’t able to move to the initial apartment and then right away I was offer with an alternative that was even better, it was Raven at the time who made things happen. I had been living here for a few years now and I always get a nice neighbors, it’s mostly young people, and they are easy going and kind, well just got a new neighbor not so young and really kind. If you are going to live here, have them document everything they do in email and have them write it while you are there, or it will be something they’ll “do ASAP”, mess up, and blame on you. The onus will be on you to keep track of everything. Do not ever assume they will be on top of things. Especially ensure you do this on move out. I did everything correctly.
