I’ve had ongoing issues with my management company since July 2025, which have yet to be addressed properly. My wife and I moved out 8/31 and have made several calls and sent several emails waiting on our refund deposit. We were told midway through September that a check was mailed, yet have still not received anything.

Please read this before choosing these apartments: moved into these apartments in December 2023 and signed a short term lease. From the moment we signed the lease there were issues. First, the lease was incorrect. She put 2 year lease instead of our short term agreement. Then, the corner of my bedroom faced the outside and the caulking or something was done so horribly that it flooded my bedroom every time it rained. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the building management team! Natalie and her team are very professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. We had miscommunication at first, but with their help we were able resolve our concerns.

It's a nice place place to live. And a good experience to live in a place near to downtown. There's an associate named Natalie, who is very friendly, helpful And patient to help and communicate with the residents and the new people.
