This has been the most difficult experience living in an apartment that I have ever experienced. No properly working AC for months despite multiple work orders, no communication with the manager (only front desk that couldn’t help), and horrible move in process where my key was not ready at set time (I was moving from hours away) and carpet wasn’t installed. I would not recommend living here.
I lived in these apartments for two years. When I first moved in, I found mold in the vents and had put in a maintenance request to get it cleaned. They would not do anything until I went into the leasing office and spoke with someone in person. (I’m guessing they didn’t want future residents to find out there was mold.)
