My honest review. I drop my iPad off last week Thursday July 3. I was told I would get a call to inform of the pricing and when able to pick up. I called July 5 and was told the technician would be on at 3 to call back. So now we are on July 7 I called and was told the technician would be in at 3 or maybe 4. So I go into the store instead of calling. I asked if my iPad was checked and was told not yet. I said please give me my iPad then the technician said he could check it now.
