Horrible. Every unit was broken into, management didn’t notify anyone. I found out when I went to my unit. It had been going on for months according to police. Since November at least. They just collected rent and everyone had mandatory insurance but no itemized billing so now people can’t make insurance claims. I was lucky and asked for all of it as soon as I found the units because management lied and said they didn’t even know about it. Bad business practice and worse people.

They took my money for years and then the after I pay my rent, they tell me that they’re closing just two days after I pay my rent and so I get a U-Haul and drive down there to find my belongings that had been out in the elements and Ramsack and tore up for quite some time Somebody needs to answer for this. I think we need to get some kind of class action lawsuit going this is ridiculous. No company should be able to get by with something like this.

Do not I repeat DO not rent from these people. LOTS of theft, literally the whole facility was vandalized! EVERY SINGLE STORAGE BROKEN INTO. The did not even tell us (the tenants) we had to find out via Facebook and the local news! They do not care. Some tenants said this started more than 6 months ago. They are under investigation as of today 02/26/2025. They are still attempting to take money from customers! They are horrible
