The site is unmanned so you have to depend on a stellar customer service via phone. No issue is too large and they are efficient.
This storage is the only one that was big enough for my furniture. I don't have a vehicle so when I try to leave, I have to get someone to open the gate from the outside or I can't leave. There should be some way to open the gate from the inside.
