BAD! I had this unit since 1998. Rent is up to 80.00. I was on auto pay and still got charged late fees. Too many calls and people to get money back a month later after I moved out. Got broken into frequently. My locks were cut off and theirs put on but nobody knows why. If I was broken into I should have been called. Right? I'm OUT NOW! Sick of it. Really sorry service. Nice on phone, but follow through the pits.
