Ordered a window decal for my business vehicle and realized my design mistake once I received it. I repurchased the decal with the corrected design. However, I received a completely different matte opaque material. When I contacted them about the error, the customer service representative was very accommodating, working with me and the design team to correct the issue and resend to corrected version. I had a fantastic experience with Square Signs! Their prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time was impressively quick. When they noticed an issue with the quality of my image, they reached out via phone and email, and their design team stepped in to fix it so it wouldn’t be pixelated. They even sent proofs of the edited image for my approval. The banner arrived packaged with exceptional care, and the final product looked amazing. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to use them again in the future!
Simply amazing, a huge thanks to Aysa G and the whole team. These guys are awesome. Fair price, great quality, very fast turnaround and absolutely the best customer service.
Disappointed by the quality of the product: 1) Item is not sturdy and would require a thicker material and considering the dimensions should come automatically with the upgrade, 2) colors are offset compared to the original document sent, there was no proof check proposed before execution, 3) execution was poor with a while stain on the sign (no color printed) and 4) Hardware is very small and disappointing.
