Our older furnace stopped working and this company was the first call I made. They Informed me they were very busy and I told them not to worry that there was no crazy rush to get it fixed. I got a call back not even 30 minutes later stating that they could come that very afternoon. The process for a consult was never even brought up as I have always found all these types of services to be reasonable in Stony Plain and it never even crossed my mind.
